If you were rag chewing with them and had good copy
then the correct report would be 52.  A readability
number of 2 is somewhere BELOW "readable with
extreme difficulty (readability 3)" but I don't remember 
the exact wording.  Probably on the order of "detectable" 
with occasional words or letters copied.  More of a
condition where call signs and reports might be
'verifiable' but any unknown information would be
indistinguishable.
