Bug description:
Normally the Launcher behaves as expected, but after one or more
applications have been started and their windows minimized, it becomes
laggy and sometimes totally unresponsive. Symptoms include:
* Launcher tooltips are heavily delayed; after one appears, others don't
unless the mouse leaves the Launcher for a while then hovers over another icon
* Restoring the last minimized window doesn't work
* The menu from the last minimized window is still in the panel
Newly installed Precise 64-bit with NVIDIA binary drivers and dual-
monitor TwinView setup.
