notify-osd needs icons in GNOME default otherwise volume changes are hidden

I first installed Jaunty, and the notifications worked like a charm
- (specifically lcd brightness and volume). I adjusted the setting in
- System>Preferences>Pop-up_Notifications, and ever since I only see an
- empty black notification box when adjusting brightness or volume. To
- clarify, I can see the black box, but it doesn't have the white
- volume/brightness level images. I tried reinstalling all related
- packages, but it didn't fix the bug.
