However, please note that ultimately, the expected behavior with the do-
not-disturb mode is to not show any message at all.

SYMPTOMS: If you receive a message in pidgin but the pidgin window is closed
rather than getting a message from NotifyOSD the window appear behind the full
screen movie and you get no idea that there is a message until a second message
is sent.
CAUSE:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install jaunty on a test box
2. Start Pidgin open a bonjour account
3. Open a full screen movie in totem
4. Send a message from another box use bonjour
5. Note no notification for the first message
6. Send a second message
7. Note the notifyosd now produces a message.
This maybe a bug in Pidgin but it was the notify window that was missing.
