If you follow my setup or instructions under WINDOWS2000 & XP it acts like a
API.
But for WIN98SE or previous releases there is no such driver.(maybe there is
but I CAN NOT find)
My guess why there is no API in DX4WIN is probably caused by the other of
MMTTY himself.
Like I mentioned it previous posting theire is a line on the WEB saying:
****** "Commercial Programs are not allowed to include this file".******
Not every DX4WIN user has INTERNET access or a high speed connection this
may sound strange
but it is a fact. What would you say if you have to pay for an option that
isn't included on your install disk(s) and should be downloaded somewhere
else if you don't have internet?
