If you choose to pay for a DX4WIN upgrade, there are surely many reasons
besides a new RTTY API that is included to interface to a third-party program. 
(I assume that) Paul is not going to charge an extra $10 or $20 *just because*
he added a few lines of code to interface to RITTY or RTTY.

DX4WIN doesn't include a callbook CDROM with the program, yet he has a built-in
interfaces to talk to RAC, QRZ and Buckmaster.  Is this wrong also?
