[Dx4win] ERROR

I've tried to import the UA6JD updated managers addresses but when I ask 
DX4WIN for File/Database/QSL Managers I get this message: "An exception 
occurred.  Unable to insert a line."  I'm not sure what this means.  Can 
someone set me straight.
