Couple of things to mention here:
1. The Version 5 DX4WIN.CFG file is incompatible with Version 6.
Copying it will do no good. You must go to Preferences in V5
and write the .INI file, then merge this into V6 from the same
menu. Make sure to look at EACH preferences tab after doing
this, as some of the settings don't transfer (like ICOM radio
baud rate). Paul added some new awards flags, and those may
not transfer properly either.
2. There were some changes to the DX4WIN.CTY file to corrrect
county names. You will lose these changes if you over-write
the V6 file with your V5 file. It's best to merge the CTY
files, which DX4WIN should do automatically when you upgrade.
