Skip,

You can ignore duplicate QSOs during import, but the dupe checking only
works if you have at least one QSO in the log.:

1. Create a new log
2. Enter one dummy QSO
3. Import your logs
4. When prompted, select ignore duplicate QSOs
5. Delete dummy QSO
