I found it listed on the CTY list provided with the DX4WIN downloads listed with the S countries as Sov. Mil. Order of Malta. In a related question, as is, the country list is listed in alphabetical order under the county's name in the right side column. Can it be switched to be listed in order of the how the prefixes are listed on the left column versus by country's name?
