I'd love to see the "M" for "Mailed" changed to "S" for "Sent". When scanning a report to check to see if the QSL has been "Mailed", it is very hard to discern an "M" from a "W". Given that the LOTW option allows you to "Send" a card electronically, rather than "Mail" it, it also makes sense from this perspective.
