I am new to LOTW. I did a submission with no problem. No I have been
experimenting with how to do subsequent submissions. When I set a
date filter that is after the last submission and do the labels|export
to LOTW I keep getting 0 exported. I have read and re-read the help
files but something is not sinking in.

Are you using DX4WIN 6.04? If so there is no need for a date filter the second
time around. There are still two steps:

- Set Upload Flags
- Export for LoTW

You'll only get the QSOs since the last upload.

Yes to 6.04. If I just wanted to check that all is working, will this
setting of the flags do something that can't be undone?

Setting the flags is a prerequisite to exporting QSOs for LoTW.

I exported my entire DX4Win log file (9002 QSOs) to an ADIF file and
then uploaded it as a TQ8 file to LoTW

I then went back to DX4Win, set a date filter that covered the entire
log to mark as uploaded. DX4Win only tagged 85xx QSO's (I forget the
exact amount).

What did I do wrong? I did *not* set the group filter, only the date
filter.
