I have put up an example of collapsing the DX4WIN release notes:

  http://www.ad1c.us/dx4win/history_java.htm#16

Just click on one of the headings to toggle the information below it:

  Prefix Mappings
  Callsign Exceptions
  QSL Managers (changes only)

I have tested this in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I'm inclined to leave the release notes up for the three most recent versions,
and collapse the older ones.

Any blind operators out there? I'll bet this doesn't work for you, does it?

Sounds like you need to go into the preferences and change yourself
to Expert mode. Also check the worked/mailed cutoff values.
