That's because it isn't a DXCC country, it's only a "country" for the purposes
of this award. ARRL counts it as Austria, OE, but it's a separate multiplier
in CQ WW DX contest.

I have put some preliminary release notes on the web for DX4WIN.CTY Release
#29:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/history.htm#29

The target date for this release is the weekend of May 13/14 so that Paul will
have it in time for the Dayton Hamvention.

All new information and corrections are welcome!

Subject: [Dx4win] Lost QSO
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I had thought that DX4WIN autosaved, but recent events suggest otherwise.

I have had several entered QSO's go through the "Modified" sequence --and
then be lost when something rebooted Windows. The termination backup did not
save the QSO's. Is there an antidote, or must one manually save the log at
all times?
