I have never done anything in particular to set my upload flag to LOTW.
Some are set, some are not. Why? Howe do I set them all?
Also, the ones that were loaded, do not have the Upload date set...

Thanks,
Tim,

Robert I have unchecked that block but every time I go back to print a QSL
label I have to uncheck it again. Has never been that way before.

Anders,

1. Did you copy the file manually as suggested in the on-line help?
(Open dx4win.chm to access the on-line help if DX4WIN will not start)

2. Have you tried to run DX4WIN with administrative privileges?

I do not have WINXP/64, but at work we have XP64/Server and I did
not have these difficulties.
