There should be no impact on LOTW. LOTW was assigned to the Membership Services Department Contest Bureau by the ARRL Board of Directors and is currently headed up by Tom Hogerty KC1J. The Membership Services Manager is charged with implementing the program, but doesn't have the authority to change or remove it.
