You can download the latest DX4WIN.TCP file (list of DX cluster nodes 
reachable via Telnet) from:

Nodes are removed if I am told they are no longer active, or they 
have not been reachable recently. When a node comes back to life, it 
will appear in the list again. This prevents people from trying to 
connect to non-working nodes.

If there are any nodes that you use that are NOT in the file, please 
let me know.
