It seems it is a bug. Here is a work-around.
Import the second file into a new temporary DX4Win file then merge it into the main log. I was able to import all QSOs without duplicate messages. It seems there may be a problem when there are QSOs very close together. For example, you worked DK2FE twice within 2 minutes.
