I worked Chris ZK2V on 20m on three modes. My qsos were uploaded to LoTW in June and were immediately shown ad QSL'd. They appear as such in the Award Credit Matrix with X for each mode and 20m. Since that date I have downloaded a lotw report a couple of times but this entity does not flip the UPL cfm flag to Y in DX4Win. Can anyone suggest why? Can I just do it manually?
