Enabled bands/modes will be at the top of the list, disabled
bands/modes will be at the bottom.  You can see this by using the
drop-down box to select the bands/modes, you'll see how they're
sorted.

So if you're adding a 17 meter QSO, then a 160 meter QSO, easiest to
up-arrow to the correct band, rather than using the '1' key multiple
times.
