I assume you have the TrustedQSL software installed and that you have your
certificate from the LoTW web site.

What you need to do is to export your log as an ADIF file (in DX4WIN, use
the "LoTW/Export for LOTW" menu entry for this). This will create an ADIF
file (.adi).
Remember where you put that file.

Then, open TQSL, and use "File/Sign existing ADIF or Cabrillo file", open
the .ADI file you created above. You'll need to select a station location,
probably enter your password. TQSL will convert your log to an .TQ8 file for
upload.

For something as big as 210K QSOs, I wouldn't use e-mail - log in to the
LoTW web site and use the "Upload File" link to upload the .tq8 file.
You could attach it to an e-mail sent to lotw-l...@arrl.org, but the file
will probably be quite large - sending by e-mail isn't as reliable.

You could upload it all-at-once or break your log into pieces. I'd break it
up by date ranges or something.
