A contest "dupe" in this case is not the same thing... it's a "dupe" at a different time. In fact, depending on jurisdiction, you should log dupes. Anyway, Jim gave you the best answer. I believe DX4Win will import dupe QSOs with the same time as long as either County or Grid are different.
The other work-around, if it's only a few contacts at issue, is to alter the time by a couple of minutes. Doesn't impact contest scoring.
