Jay are you sure that your label has the space for more than 1 qso? I use it always at 0 (it means print as more as you can). So i have not tested if other numbers work but 0 works for sure. Try to change the label height and make a preview on the screen. Otherwise double click the fonts and reduce the font size. I remember that there is a problem with the commercial (it comes back on).
