They are not asking for a "contest" style program that would require constant changes due to rule changes ect...
They are asking for a way to export a file in Cabrillo format. True this is generally used in contests, However I don't believe this would require updates like you say. This could be a one time change could it not? I'm for exporting a Cabrillo file directly from DX4WIN...
