I've had this problem in the past with DX4WIN and LoTW. I downloaded a big
chunk of my log from LoTW and loaded it into DX4WIN. That caused ALL of
those QSOs to be marked as confirmed where most of them weren't.

Whatever you use to download QSLs from eQSL must include ONLY confirmed
QSOs. The DX4WIN import assumes that they're all confirmations and sets the
"eQSL Confirmed"' flag.

I suspect that there's a way to clear the "eQSL confirmed" flag using
"Multiple QSO operations" but someone else will need to help you with this.
Once you've cleared the flag, you can re-download confirmations from eQSL
and add them to DX4WIN.
