In your SETUP PARAMETERS/SEARCHING CALLSIGN what setting are you using? If it is not set to EXACT give that a try. I understand what you are saying and of course it is not supposed to do that. In about 15 yrs of using DX4WIN I have never seen that behavior. I have the same setup as you (WIN 7/DX4WIN ver 8.05)

The window showed only this particular QSO. But in the "Logbook sorted by Date" I found the QSO I had with KD3WK (correct), and the report of the QSO I had with KD3DK that was showing in the "Same Call Sign" window. Note the slight difference in the call sign letters. This is happening with many station call signs.
