Thanks Mike, but I would like to do the opposite, get the contacts that do
not have any value in the "Costum award" field and to be able to edit them.
LotW does often have both prefectures and cities  added in the information,
if supplied by the user, but they are not listed in their reports. Thus you
have to add them by hand.
