Just do a custom award listing, in the screen that pops up, right click, and choose "write to file". You get a csv which you can use with excel after importing. You can see which ones you have, and which ones you do not have. Then play around with the file as you wish. 73 Paul F6EXV

LotW does often have both prefectures and cities added in the information, if supplied by the user, but they are not listed in their reports.
