I use a Ham IV via a Sartek interface and it works properly in DXBase.
It's probably one of the cheaper interface units.
But there is a catch.
The Sartek has been out of stock for quite a while and requires a ISA slot
which most new computers do not have.
I think that's why it's OOS.
I talked to the supplier and he told me they were developing a USB interface
unit but I'm beginning to fear it may not come to market.
