[DXBase] Exporting DXbase 2002 log to ADIF

This finds me in Ethiopia for 6 months and have just received my call here
ET3PMW.  W7KEU has offered to be my QSL Manager and is using Prolog2K which
I believe will accept a ADIF file for input.  How do I export my logs in
ADIF format to send to him so he can do the QSLing.  I have looked at all
the help files and the reflector and have not found an answer.  Would
appreciate any help.
