I am not running the latest version  but...

Just did a test adif import from Logger  to DXbase ,  Logger does not have a
date sent/received field so I could not fully test this aspect of Import.
However , in the DXBase import routine it gives a pre-import option to
"populate with QSL IN DATE".  So DXbase appears to be set up for received
QSL side of things.

There is a drop down menu in the QSOlog that let you select  Manager,
Bureau, Direct, None, Other.
