Barry,

The ADIF import capability in DXbase complies with the published ADIF
standard and expands on this standard to allow for some data to be imported
that is not specified in the standards. The ADIF standard provides for two
fields regarding QSL dates, QSLRDATE in YYYYMMDD format for date a card was
received and QSLSDATE in YYYYMMDD format for date a card was sent. If these
are present in your ADIF file, DXbase will read them and import this info
into your DXbase log.

By using the grouping capabilities of DXbase, it is possible to filter which
labels or cards are printed based on the QSL method.

At the time you enter a QSO, if you wish to have a label or card available
to be printed, you can click an ICON and DXbase stores the relevant info for
the label and card in a pending label database. You can then print your
pending labels/cards later at your convenience. There are also functions
that lets DXbase automatically select QSOs for labels and cards such as in
the example "prepare a label for all QSOs on 40m that are not confirmed
between this date range. The DXbase wizard feature lets you define a large
number of possibilities such as this.

Hope this helps,
Courtney
