Ron- Yes I have run into this and once brought it to the attention of Jack at Dayton several years ago. I have DXCC Mixed, SSB, CW, RTTY and all bands 160-10. When I submit cards to ARRL I want endorsements for each category. If I go to DXCC Awards Submission and check all bands 160-6 plus all modes all band/contacts are correctly identified and both CW and SSB modes QSOs are found. RTTY however are not correctly picked up unless they happen to be for a new band. Before I make a submission I run it with everything checked and have those QSOs marked as having been submitted. I then run it again and check only RTTY. I print both QSO forms and cut the RTTY QSOs from the print out and paste it to the end of the other. I keep this for my records and Xerox it to send to ARRL. The RTTY contacts at the end are not where they should be on the form, but compared to those who do the whole process handwritten the ARRL gladly has accepted mine.
I know when I talked to Jack I probably confused him, especially with all that is going on at Dayton. I think he looks at things from a different angle and is always trying to figure out what we are doing wrong and assumes that DXbase does it correctly. It's easy enough to live with but would be nice if it gets fixed. 73 Dave -N4DB- ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ron Stordahl" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "DXBase" <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, September 09, 2002 4:00 PM Subject: [DXBase] DXCC report generation puzzle.... > I am working on a 160 meter DXCC submission.
