Ron,

You might be able to get what you want by using the selection wizard. 
Once in the wizard, click the QSO Filters button. Then click the CFM 
button (assuming you only want a list of those countries you have 
confirmed). Also, click the Valid DXCC button if it isn't already 
selected. Click OK. Select the OUTPUT TYPE to be Reports. Uncheck the 
TEST ONLY box. Click START.

Go to OUTPUT - USER DESIGNED LISTS. Select the sort order to be PREFIX 
and the DATA SOURCE to be WIZARD DATA. Click OK. Select Logbook.lst as 
the report.

This should give you what you want.
