I don't use spots, Internet or otherwise, so this is a non-issue for me. I just wanted to point out that I live in a metro area of about 1 million people (I wish they would all go back where they came from) and the best connect speed I have is 28.8K. No cable and no DSL here. Web developers seem to think that everyone has broadband, just as software developers figure everyone has a 2 GHz machine with 1.5M RAM, and bloat their stuff accordingly.
