The 100% CPU usage occurs also with W2K when the telnet connection to a
cluster is lost when using DXBase2003 (and 2002 for that matter) telnet.

It does not occur with telnet connections made with the Windows built in
telnet program, nor with HyperTerminal, nor with EasyTerm.
