Sergei, XP installs its own default hosts file. Since it exists, DXbase will not overwrite it. Therefore, it will be necessary for you to either copy the hosts file that was placed into your DXbase folder into the appropriate system file on XP, or, you can copy the data out of the hosts file in your DXbase folder and paste it into the hosts file that is already on your system. Info about this is in the DXbase help file.
After doing this, the various internet sites will be listed in your internet user options and you can select the right IP location.
