I use ZoneAlarm
I just checked and it was marked to pass the DXB MFC program through.
It had entries for the DXB2003 AND the DXB2004 versions of the above MFC
program.

If I had not given the 2004 version 'permission', I would not have been able
to connect via my cable modem, very fast, connection.


At least with Zone Alarm, EVERY program that has a feature to connect to the
internet must be given permission.
