Dave, Saying something isn't working doesn't give anyone very much information to try and help.
1. What operating system? 2. What LPT 3. What does control panel say is your address for the port in number 2 above. 4. Did you run the dxbdvr utility from the DXbase program group. 5. When you ran the utility in 4 above, did you confirm that the port address that is displayed matched your actual port address? 6. Using the information in the help file for CW registry entries, use regedit to see what is in your registry for the driver for the port you are trying to use. 7. Did you have CW working in a previous DXbase release on the same port and computer. What version of DXbase. 8. Are the driver files installed driverx.vxd or driverx.sys depending on your operating system. 9. Is ECP turned on for this parallel port. This is the kind of information that is necessary to try and diagnose things.
