I have manually updated my prefix database alias map, laboriously
changing all the UR-UZ entries with incorrect CQ zone numbers back to
16, which is the default--and correct--zone. The database got a bit
switched around when it was originally updated from pre-1993 call area
assignments to the present ones.

Hi all,

Ukraine is definitely situated in CQ zone 16 and ITU zone 29. Which are
not
the rare ones :-)
