Ya, this seems to be an oversight.  Our intent was not to record any QSLR
date for LOTW and only have a QSLR date for an actual card.  Doesn't appear
that we coded that although that was the intent.  Will take care of this
next time.

I agree with you.  You should be able to retain the card received date.  I
don't think you need both.  How about an choice in the user options?
