Hey DXBase users, I had to rebuild my pc, and am trying to get all my software back on and in the same shape as before...
I re-installed "DXBASE 2003" from the cd-rom and also restored my .mdb file, .co files, and many others from my backup. Things are still not as they were... My window positions within the DXBASE program are not what they used to be, nor do I have the same colors. Are there other settings that are not stored in the DXBASE 2003 folder? Like maybe in the C:\Windows folder or something? I'm using XP by the way... I hope screen layout info was not stored in the registry... I have even tried restoring my entire DXBASE 2003 folder from my backup, but a number of features are not as they were before.... How do I get my screen layout back to the way it was and also the screen colors, etc... All my data seems intact (Callsign.mdb, etc) so no problem there. I just had my installation of DXBASE heavily customized to my preferences and now it seems like I have to start from scratch... Thanks for you help, George
