[DXBase] DXCC Submission

Through database corruption and rebuilding, I lost the markers in the DXBase
database that indicated which entries had already been submitted to the
ARRL. Is there anyway to "remark" those entries so they will not be
"reentered" into my next DXCC Submission? I have a written list, from the
ARRL, of the original submissions.
