Peter, With regards to your first section of your email ... the NOTES for the 2005 upgrade state:
35. Modified DXCC award logic so that if multiple QSOs are being submitted from a single QSL card, those entries will appear at the end of the QSO form per ARRL instructions. For this capability to be used user must enter a QSL number in the log for records that are confirmed on the same card. For example, if a card is received with three confirmations, then a unique QSL number for this card must be selected by the user and entered for all three QSO records. Make up a number such as 60 as a QSL number for this card, then enter 60 in the QSL number field for all three QSOs. The number you select does not matter as long as it is unique for a particular QSL card. Look also in the Help file -- great info there!!
