Hi:

The main reason the KC cops come out and start directing the DX callers is 
because the DX station
doesn't say "Listening up" or "Up 5". 

A really good, experience and professional DX operator will avoid the confusion 
and QRM created by
the KC cops by simply saying "up 5".

Why don't more DX ops do that???
