I hope you didn't get the impression that I was complaining about =
DXBase. I
have been using DXBase for several years, since it was DOS based, and =
have
only complements. I am looking forward to the new version. My concern is
that the ARRL is dragging its feet on LOTW by placing a low priority on =
it.
