Yes, we understand exactly.  Wish the ARRL could have kept their schedule,
but as the saying goes, things happen... hihi....  In any case, we are
preparing DXbase to be ready when they are...

I hope you didn't get the impression that I was complaining about DXBase. I
have been using DXBase for several years, since it was DOS based, and have
only complements. I am looking forward to the new version. My concern is
that the ARRL is dragging its feet on LOTW by placing a low priority on it.
