Once again, Joe to the rescue!

My 2003.ini file was still in the Windows directory and I could open it and
browse it, but something must have been amiss.  Unfortunately, I did not
have a backup of the ini file so I had to do an uninstall and then a
reinstall. All is now better even though I had to go through the aggravation
of setting up all my user options, CD ROM path name, radio interface, canned
messages, etc., but at least it works again!

Another lesson learned - be sure to back up the ini file too!  Thanks Joe
and Art.
