Hi Wes,

It is only a name change and not new DXCC status. What was Yugoslavia and
what was left of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) after
Bosnia-Herzogovina, Macedonia and Croatia split away was called Yugoslavia
is now Serbia and Montenegro. But it's all the same country. No deleted
country here. No new country here other than the ones that split away in
1991, Bosnia-Herzogovina, Macedonia and Croatia.

I guess I managed to convolute that explanation real good, didn't I.

73,

Art
