Not sure I understand. Do you mean the QSO Form? Under Output, Awards, DXCC, is the module that prints the DXCC submission forms. It also selects the bands, modes, etc you wish to submit for credit. Make sure you have unchecked 6 & 2 meters.
I also use one extra little trick. Each time a qsl is received that is a new qsl for me that I will be submitting, I put a small code into the Special1 field for that qso.
